We stayed here for 1 night and liked the place. Family room was immaculate and large had hypoallergenic pillows and feather pillows. It had convenient location close to very good restaurant, the city center, and the mountain side.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

I opted for a standard twin room with city views, and I must say it was super cozy. the location was bang on, just a stone's throw away from the heart of the old town and bus stops 🚌.

The family room is newly decorated and has central heating, cable channels, and a dining area. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is fairly clean: D

The staff here were friendly and knowledgeable, the room was clean and modern, and I really liked the wake-up service and spacious bed.

I recently stayed at Hb Brilliant for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The hotel itself is located in what appears to be an apartment complex, but don't be fooled - the interior is much better. There is a restaurant and a grocery store conveniently located right in front of the hotel, making it easy to grab a meal or pick up any necessities. The staff was incredibly helpful, and I appreciated the option to check in online and receive a password for late arrival. Free parking behind the hotel was also a big plus. Hb Brilliant provided excellent value for the money, and I will definitely choose to stay here again whenever I'm in the area.

Secondly, the staff was attentive and provided great service. They were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Additionally, the rooms with kitchen facilities were a convenient feature. The kitchenettes were well-maintained and allowed for some self-catering options. Lastly, the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was close to the new City Center, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local attractions and amenities.

Everything was absolutely fine during my stay.
